Building Process

Every custom home builder has a process of their own. At Pinnacle Homes, we understand that building a new home is one of the biggest investments you'll make not only financially, but also in the time, energy, and decisions that go into it.

That's why we've developed a thoughtful, well organized building process designed to make your experience as smooth, enjoyable, and stress free as possible. From the initial planning stages to choosing the finishes that make your home uniquely yours, our team is here to guide you through each step, answer your questions, and help bring your vision to life.

Our interior designer will guide you through the selection process, helping you choose the finishes and details that bring your vision to life. To keep everything organized, you'll receive a personalized project binder with your selections, product information, and important details to reference throughout construction and for years to come.

Our goal is simple: to make building your dream home just as enjoyable as living in it.
