When you build your home with Pinnacle Homes, you work directly with the builder. Pinnacle Homes is a family-owned, semi-custom home builder that never builds the same house twice. Each home is completely personalized by the homeowner - even if it’s one of our "out-of-the-box" plans. We separate ourselves from other builders by the personal attention given to each buyer and by our detailed building process. At Pinnacle Homes, we build on your vision, not ours.

What Sets Pinnacle Apart…

  • Owner & President

    Ron, his wife Sue reside in Newark, NY. Ron broke into the home building industry in 1982 when he obtained his real estate license and later began building homes in the Wayne County area. Ron became President of Pinnacle Homes in 2003 when he bought out the Managing Partner, and since that time has built hundreds of custom homes and townhomes throughout the Rochester, NY area.

    Ron has served as President of the Rochester Home Builder's Association (RHBA), as the Director of the New York State Builders’ Association (NYSBA), and still serves on the board of the Rochester Home Builder's Association.

  • Project Manager

    Chad, his wife Rachael and their son & daughter reside in Fairport. His love of construction developed at an early age as he helped his dad on project sites. Graduating from sweeping out houses, Chad is now overseeing all building projects and scheduling at Pinnacle. He enjoys baseball, boating, camping and fishing. He is happiest when he is with is wife & kids in the Adirondacks at a family cabin.

  • Interior Designer

    Carly enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling. As early as Carly can remember, she was right there by her dad's side picking out colors and selections for model homes. This passion for Interior Design led her to Liberty University where she earned her degree in Interior Design.

Meet Our Team

Ron Henkel, President of Pinnacle Homes, has over 30 years of experience in the home building industry.

Ron’s son, Chad, started working for Pinnacle Homes in 2011, and is
currently the Project Manager.

In 2018, Pinnacle Homes continued to grow and Ron’s daughter
Carly joined the team as an Interior Designer.
